Caregah is a no-nonsense, full-on heavy, sludgy groove metal band from Southeast Sweden.
If you enjoy bands like Down, Pantera, Black Label Society, Testament, and Sepultura, then you will love Caregah.
Formed in 2019, Caregah has released their debute ”Forsaken EP” with a music videos for the song ”Tomahawk”. Their full lenght album OSMIUM was released october 6th 2023.
The music is a wonderful mix of groove, doom and sludge metal, but is essentially simple banging heavy metal.
We deliver a fast-paced live show with a lot of neck breaking moments!
